Hi, I’m Molly! Originally from London, I’ve been teaching movement for over seven years - from Pilates and yoga studios to community spaces - and in that time, I’ve seen how powerful movement can be for both body and mind.

Along the way, I realised I wanted more than just classes - I wanted to create a community where people feel welcome, supported, and inspired to move in a way that makes them feel strong, free, and at home in their bodies.

That’s how TONR was born. I teach Pilates, yoga, Mums & Bubs classes, and 1:1 sessions with a focus on mindful, full-body movement that fits real life. Whether you’re here to build strength, improve flexibility, or simply find a little calm in your day, TONR is a space to feel good, connect, and move your way.
