    Our signature Pilates class is all about helping you feel stronger, more balanced, and deeply connected to your body. Each session blends mindful, full-body movement to build strength, improve posture, and create a sense of calm focus. You’ll move through a mix of strength, mobility, and core work leaving you feeling grounded, energised, and ready for your day.

  • YOGA

    Our signature Yoga class is designed to help you reconnect with your body and mind through a blend of gentle and dynamic movement. Each class flows with intention — building flexibility, balance, and inner calm. Suitable for all levels, Yoga is about finding what feels good in your body, creating space to slow down, breathe deeply, and leave feeling grounded, strong, and recharged.

  • MUMS & BUBS

    Our signature Pilates class for new mums helps you rebuild strength, improve posture, and reconnect with your body. While your little one joins in or relaxes nearby, you’ll focus on mindful, full-body Pilates exercises designed to leave you feeling strong, capable, and energised - all in a supportive, welcoming environment.

  • Not at all! Our classes are designed for all levels, whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced mover. We focus on mindful, full-body movement so everyone can feel strong, free, and at home in their body.

  • Bring your own mat or towel, comfortable workout clothes, and a water bottle. For Mums & Bubs classes, bring anything your little one might need.

  • No bookings required - just show up and move! 🌞
